Ignacio Lopez’s The Four of Us Are Dying Up Here is the comic’s latest offering at the Edinburgh Fringe, packed full of engaging stories and witty observations of British culture.

Lopez is a seasoned comedian, having appeared on UK shows such as Live at the Apollo and Have I Got News for You, steadily building a reputation for sharp comedic intellect.

With impeccable storytelling and charm, the comic takes us through key moments of his life, including how he proposed to his partner, how he crashed all of his cars and how he began performing at the Edinburgh Fringe. His manner of speech is conversational and easygoing, making it incredibly easy for the audience to sit back and immerse themselves in his stories.

What I loved most about this set was Lopez’s incredibly well-observed ability to poke fun at ridiculous aspects of British culture, like our obsession with chips and cardboard cutouts of police officers! Having moved from Mallorca gives the comic an outside perspective on the UK, and it makes for some truly hilarious moments in this show.

For anybody looking for a stand-up comedy set without gambling for your own entertainment, look no further than Ignacio Lopez. He’s sure to have you leaving the show with a smile on your face and tales to giggle at on your way home.
